Partnership Policy

This document governs the professional clinic partnership between Époque Labs and any licensed medical, aesthetic, or wellness practice that has been approved to distribute Époque MD™ formulations.
Époque MD™ is the clinical line of Époque Labs — developed exclusively for practitioner distribution and not available in consumer or mass retail channels. Partnership is a privilege extended to clinics that meet Époque Labs' standards for clinical practice, patient care, and brand alignment.

All applicants are subject to credential verification prior to account activation. Époque Labs reserves the right to decline any application without obligation to provide a reason.
Unauthorized distribution — including online resale, third-party retail, or transfer outside the approved clinic premises — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of partnership and potential legal action.
The Époque MD™ line comprises seven clinical formulations, each traceable to the Compendium d'Aragon. Partners may order any combination across the full line:

All orders carry a production lead time of five months from the date of order confirmation. Époque MD™ formulations are produced to order — not held in standing stock. Partners are advised to reorder when stock reaches 30–40% of remaining inventory to avoid supply interruption.
Époque MD™ is distributed to approved clinic partners at a professional discount below the Époquelle™ consumer retail price. Two partnership tiers apply:

Pricing is communicated privately to approved partners and is not published. All pricing excludes shipping, handling, and applicable taxes. Époque Labs reserves the right to adjust pricing with 30 days written notice.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total order value is required at the time of order confirmation to secure laboratory batch allocation. The remaining 50% balance is due 45 days prior to shipment.
Non-payment clause: Failure to remit full payment by the stated deadline results in automatic forfeiture of the deposit and reallocation of the batch to waitlisted partners. No exceptions.

Époque Labs reserves the right to suspend or terminate any clinic partnership at its sole discretion in the event of:
Upon termination, all outstanding balances become immediately due. No further orders will be accepted.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Sheridan, Wyoming.
By placing an order with Époque Labs, the partner acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated in this policy in full — and certifies that they are authorized to make binding commitments on behalf of their clinic or organization.
This policy constitutes the complete and exclusive agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements.
